Welcome and Greetings!

     The Middletown Area Arts Collective has enjoyed the past 2 years with artist memberships growing to over 70 from Middletown, central Pennsylvania and other states.

     All of our member artists are able to have their unique work displayed and sold here year round without any additional cost above their annual membership. Musician members, through the Union Street Blues, can sell their music CD’s in our gallery and we invite everyone to play or just listen every Wednesday and Saturday evening.

     In 2010 we look forward to expanding our class offerings, integrating a warm and cozy coffee shop into our artistic atmosphere and growing into a ground level location.

     MAAC is now a part of People Create!, a 501(c)3 formerly known as Women, Create!. This gives us the ability to write for grants and enables tax deductable contributions to either group keeping our dream alive.

     Although Middletown Area Arts Collective maintains a presence in Middletown, we are in discussion with several communities to do what we are doing here in their area under People Create!.

     The MAAC gallery is a wonderful place to discover unique original art and our one-of-a-kind pieces would make a great gift for yourself or loved ones for any special occasion.

     Celebrate the coming new year at our New Year’s Eve party, become a supportive member and join our mailing list to keep updated on special events featured in our gallery and the educational day trips we have planned throughout the year.

     We will be working hard to be more accessible to all who wish to share in our dream which is to promote creativity in arts and entrepreneurship by focusing on the business of artists. We strongly believe that adding culture to our town has been very beneficial for everyone involved and we look forward to continued growth in other communities and towns like ours.
